Jilin Jimont Acrylic Fiber Co., Ltd. is a world famous acrylic staple and filament production enterprises. The quality of products is on top in the same industry. In Nov. 2014, the company decided to expand the capacity again based on the existing 150,000 ton production capacity of acrylic fiber.

Jimont chose GBS balers again in Dec. 2014 by international bidding. In order to keep the most advanced production management and technical levels, the latest automatic baler with automatic wrapping and strapping was chosen and it basically realizes the requirements of unmanned operation.

This automatic technology is a new one invented by GBS company in 2014. It is simple and reliable, and there is no change on the materials and way from the existing wrapping and strapping of the users.

It took less a year from signing the contract to putting into production on Nov.18,2015. Our customers spoke highly of the manufacturing quality, commissioning, easy operation and the reliability of automatic controlling.

So far, there are 4 staple fiber balers and 1 tow baler in Jimont company, and all of them are from GBS Belgium. And there are 7 GBS balers in Jimont’s brother company Jilin Qifeng acrylic Co., Ltd.
