      In March, Shanghai Agiland Int’l Co., Ltd undertaken the task for Valvan to provide 33 pieces of tow cans for the acrylic fiber project of Japan Daicel company. The requirement of the Japanese customer was very strict so that we made these tow cans according to the highest manufacturing standards of Japanese enterprises on the quality, accuracy and the surface treatment technologies. Inspected by Daicel for three times, all 33 pieces of tow cans were qualified and delivered to Japan in November. These tow cans will be used in the first quarter of 2016.
