At the end of May, 4 people from Zhuhai Cellulose Fiber Co., Ltd(ZCFC), accompanied by our company .went to Valvan Belgium and finished the factory acceptance.

ZCFC purchased three new Valvan balers and one existing baler adaptation agented by our company in its relocation and expansion project. This factory acceptance was arranged on the provisions of the contract.

During the period of this visiting, Mr. Frank, GM of Valvan and Mr. Steven, in charge of design department attended this meeting.

The engineers of ZCFC communicated with the related engineers of Valvan for process, electrical and instrument, and confirmed the implemented situation of the related requirements in technical agreements.

Valvan engineers introduced in detail the basic situation of equipments, electronic and instrument control, hydraulic units and the situation to meet the requirements of ZCFC. Then they provided a set of installation drawing and instruction, and with a explanation.

Valvan engineers introduced the packing situation to our customer, for these equipments would be delivered soon. These balers would be packed into 12 containers. Every baler needed 4 containers and all parts in every container were numbered for easy acceptance by ZCFC after arrival of the equipments. Our customer was very satisfied to the packing method.

In addition to the technical communication, ZCFC engineers also visited the workshop. Although they visited Valvan in previous projects, they found that Valvan had great development these years for the expanded workshop, orderly production management and high level automatic equipments. They were deeply impressed by this visiting.

This inspection was successfully completed, and the equipment will be delivered at the beginning of June in time.
