Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Tian Hong REC Silicon Materials Co., Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as “Tian Rui”), is a sino-foreign joint venture company. Its Chinese shareholder Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Tian Hong New Energy Co., Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as “New Energy”), is wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd, holding 51% of share of Tian Rui; and its foreign shareholder REC Silicon Materials Co., Ltd in Singapore, (hereinafter referred to as “ REC), is wholly-owned subsidiary of REC, holding 49% of share of Tian Rui.

Tian Rui introduced world-leading technology of silane preparation, silane gas loading, fluidized bed, electronic grade polycrystalline silicon production etc from REC. Combined with the advantages of local cheap power resource provided by Yulin, Shaanxi, now a production line for the annual output of 500 tons of electronic grade silane gas, 1000 tons of electronic grade polycrystalline silicon and 18000 tons of granular polysilicon is under construction. This project plans to invest 8.71 billion yuan and build in the Yujia industry park of Yulin city. It borders upon Yujia high expressway to the south with convenient transportation, and it is about 40 kilometers away from Yulin downtown. It’s predicted that the project will have an annual sales income of 3 billion yuan and a profit of 500 million yuan after putting into production.

As the part of the project, Tian Rui needs the equipments to handle the “high purity silicon beads”, while the Grinders are one of the key equipments. The customers strictly qualified the performance, materials, safety protection grade etc due to 99.99% of the purity requirement of silica beads.

As the China exclusive agent for MPE-Chicago, our company recommended the suitable equipments to the user on the basis of the fully understanding of their requirement. Through international public tender, our company won the bid in May, 2016 and signed the contract in June, 2016.

At present, the project is carried out smoothly. The grinders will be delivered to customers’ site in February 2017.
