Sateri (Jiujiang) ordered 3 sets of GSA series of automatic baling presses for its annual output of 150,000 TPY viscose production line in July, 2016 through many times of technical communications and appraisals in the past year as well as the formal bidding process in Indonesia’s company. GSA series baling presses are GBS’s main models for viscose staple fiber market solely agented by our company. This model has its special design patent with advantages of quick baling speed, low electricity consumption, clean, simple structure etc. Sateri choosing this model represented the trend that the equipment for viscose staple fiber will be further improved in the future.

Sateri is one of the world’s largest producers of viscose fiber. Its products are made of natural raw materials that are indispensable elements in our daily life supplies’, including textiles and non-woven products, such as: babies’ wet tissue, personal hygiene products etc. At present, Sateri’s annual output of cellulose fiber is more than 550,000 metric tons.

The project of Sateri (Jiujiang) Differential Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd is constructed by Sateri China Investment Co., Ltd. with investment of 11 billion yuan. It’s located in Jinshawan industrial park , Hukou country. Its land adds 840 mu on the basis of existing 1100 mu and the construction will be in four phases: the first phase of investment of 1.2 billion yuan will purchase Longda Chemical’s assists, and its production scale is 105,000 tons of differential chemical fiber; the second phase of expansion is based on the phase 1 with investment of 0.8 billion yuan and annual output of 130,000 tons; the third phase of investment is 3 billion and annual output 300,000 tons; it’s predicted that the completed project will have a annual output capacity of 1 million ton and annual output value of 12.5 billion yuan.

Following Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd and Far Eastern Group Co., Ltd ordered baling presses of GBS (Belgium) agented by our company successively in the first half of this year, now Sateri (Golden Eagle Group), one of the world’s largest fiber manufactures, also chooses our latest fully automatic baling presses model in the fierce competition.
