Founded in 2018, Dangyang Hongyang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a company that develops, produces and sells Lyocell fiber (also known as Tencel fiber). At present, the company has established an annual production of 2500 tons of pilot production line, in operation. The construction of the new project, with an annual output of 50,000 tons of Lyocell fiber project, started in Aug. 2019, which is the first phase of the project, is scheduled to be put into production in Dec. 2020.
Through evaluation of a number of equipment manufacturers, Hongyang finally chose Shanghai Agiland to supply the dryer. The kick-off technical meeting for this project has been successfully held in Dangyang on Dec. 13th.
Before this project, Agiland had successfully supplied Tangshan Sanyou with a dryer for the 5,000TPY Lyocell fiber pilot line in 2016. Tangshan Sanyou project was put into production at the end of 2018. The operation effect of the dryer was approved by Sanyou.
